Birds of Chicago: Real Midnight

Listen to indie folk music on the album Real Midnight that was just released by Birds of Chicago. Allison Russell and JT Nero characterize much of their music as “secular gospel” — earthly tunes that have the power to connect people. You can read a little more background of them and their music on their web site, as well as their tour dates now through August.

  1. Lovely music and I’ve never heard of Birds of Chicago. I’m a Yoga instructor and always looking for new music to inspire my practice and that of my students … just like this, not your typical Yoga fare. Thanks for sharing such sweet music … and so glad to have found your blog and this post via the Commenting Bootcamp! 🙂
