He is a singer/songwriter and founding member as co-lead singer of the country music trio Lady Antebellum, along with Hillary Scott and Dave Haywood. His title track The Driver with Dierks Bentley and Eric Paslay was nominated for a 2016 Grammy as Best Country Duo/Group Performance. The album also features Stevie Nicks and Miranda Lambert.
